Regarding your attendance for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Tokyo performance, we would like to provide you with important information　regarding VIP package entrance. Please review the following before your visit and arrive safely.

Please note the following check-in procedures and program details only relate to the following VIP Package classifications:

Event Date：7 Wed, 8 Thu, 9 Fri, 10 Sat, 2024

Entrance/Gates for VIP package distribution: Gates 20, 24, 25
– Customers who purchased tickets from overseas should use Gate 25.

VIP Gate Opening Time: 3:00 pm
– Due to the large number of expected concert attendees, gates for VIP Package purchasers will open at 3:00 pm, which is thirty (30) minutes prior to public door opening time of 3:30 pm. We highly recommend arriving early to queue at your assigned gate.
VIP Package Distribution Time: 3:00pm to 1 hour after the start of the performance

• Please note that if you cannot come during the distribution time, you will not be able to receive the benefits.
• Exchanges for defective items will be handled only during the distribution time on the day of the event.

• ▼VIP Benefits Retrieval Process
• Please download the AnyPASS app before the day of the performance and complete the ticket retrieval and distribution for the purchaser and accompanying persons. Kindly make sure to attend the event on the scheduled date.

• At 3:00 pm on the day before each performance, the AnyPASS app will display the entrance gate along with the seat number. Please proceed to the indicated VIP gate (Gate 20 / 24 / 25).
  
• VIP packages can only be received upon presenting a valid VIP ticket for the concert on the day of the event. VIP packages will be provided after entering the venue. Re-entry after receiving benefits is not allowed.
  
• Only one VIP package can be received per VIP ticket. It is not possible for someone else to collect VIP packages on behalf of those arriving later.
  
• VIP packages can only be received on the day of the performance indicated on your ticket. VIP Packages cannot be received for attending on other performance dates.
  
• Please note that we are unable to ship VIP packages if you cannot attend the event.
